How are engagements scoped?
Every companies’ products, users and child safety challenges are different. We begin with a discussion to understand your objectives, current capabilities and the areas where support is needed before developing a tailored proposal.
Engagements may range from child safety risk and maturity assessments through to targeted advisory support, embedded support to review and strengthen products, processes and tooling, internal training and presentations, and longer-term strategic advisory or structured mentorship.
